Customer content. When you use our platform, you may upload or define areas of interest, imagery, labels and other data. We process customer content only to provide the services, as described in our customer agreement and data processing addendum.

Usage information. We automatically collect information about how you use our website and services, such as pages visited, features used, device and browser type, and IP address.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

• provide, maintain and improve our services;
• respond to your requests and provide customer support;
• send product updates and, where permitted, marketing communications;
• monitor and protect the security of our services;
• comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer content to train shared models without your explicit opt-in.

We share personal information with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, with professional advisers, in connection with a corporate transaction, or where required by law. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

We operate in the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union and India. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Customer content is deleted in accordance with your agreement after your subscription ends.
