Terms of service

These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, platform, APIs and related services provided by Atlaso Technologies, Inc. (“Atlaso”). By using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

Enterprise customers may have a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms where they conflict.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the services to track, identify or surveil individuals;
• violate any applicable law, including export control and sanctions laws;
• attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the services;
• resell or redistribute imagery or results except as permitted by your plan and provider licenses.

Customer content

You retain all rights to the data you upload or create using the services. You grant Atlaso a limited license to process that content solely to provide and support the services.

Imagery and third-party data

Some imagery and data are licensed from third-party providers and are subject to additional license terms, which we make available in the platform. Your use of that data must comply with those terms.

Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance according to the plan you choose. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your agreement.

Disclaimers

AI-generated results are probabilistic and may contain errors. You are responsible for validating results before relying on them for critical decisions. Except as expressly provided, the services are provided “as is”.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlaso will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll provide notice before they take effect.
